WE GUARANTEE YOU WILL LOVE OUR PRODUCTS, BUT JUST IN-CASE HERE IS OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
IF PRODUCTS WERE PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER SOURCE OUTSIDE OF FLAUNTA SKINCARE, FOR EXAMPLE, AMAZON. CONSUMERS WILL NEED TO INITIATE RETURNS/REFUNDS THROUGH THOSE OUTLETS.
Returning a product? Here is our Return and Refund Policy on all items purchased from Flaunta Skincare:
All products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All shipping fees associated with an approved return will be provided by Flaunta Skincare.
A 15% Stocking fee will be added to a returned product.
Returns must be accompanied by all original components.
100% refunds on products, minus a restocking fee of 15%, equals an 85% refund on products that haven't been open or damaged. Item is 100% intact.
Any product that is damaged during shipping must be approved. Once approved, consumer may ship the product to the address provided below. Once the item is received at Flaunta Skincare and reviewed by Quality Control, Flaunta will ship the consumer new product.
Flaunta Skincare will make the claim with the carrier.
NOTE: All SALES ARE FINAL FOR OPENED AND USED PRODUCTS.
In order to uphold a positive shopping experience and facilitate efficient product returns, Flaunta Skincare reserves the authority to limit returns in cases where there is suspected abuse of our comprehensive Returns Policy. This may include situations such as excessive returns, reseller activities, or fraudulent behavior, among others.
